1. Overview

At imagcanvas, every canvas is made to order in the United States. Because each piece is produced specifically for you after purchase, our return policy depends on the type of product you ordered.

2. Ready-Made Canvas Art (Finished Designs)

For our ready-made canvas wall art, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Custom Canvas Prints (Upload-Your-Photo & Personalized Text)

Customized canvas prints — including any order where you upload a photo or add personalized text — are made uniquely for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange, except in the cases below.

  • Defective or damaged on arrival: If your custom canvas arrives with a printing defect, tears, or shipping damage, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint or refund at no cost to you.
  • Wrong item shipped: If we sent the wrong size or design, we will correct it free of charge.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email [email protected] within 14 days of the delivery date with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund after we issue it.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your card issuer (processing can take time). If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
